Laboratories Scope

Each laboratory performs specific testing activities to ensure component reliability, efficiency, and durability across a wide range of operating conditions:

  • Functional Test Lab: Evaluation of injector flow, leak, and spray versus temperature, ton and frequency variations; system-level testing with full application setup (pump, fuel system, ECU, and functions)

  • Endurance & Reliability Lab: Accelerated lifetime simulations for injectors and electric drives under real application conditions, including Start/Stop, endurance, and high-temperature operation tests

  • Environmental Lab: Stress testing through temperature, humidity, shock, and salt spray exposure; supports hydraulics, power electronics, and electric drives up to 1000 V with fast thermal transients (+18 °C/min, –14 °C/min)

  • Structural Robustness Lab: Validation of mechanical integrity and production robustness; comparative assessment of hydraulic and electrified components against benchmarks

  • Vibration Lab: Lifetime vibration and shock testing (sine, random, sine-on-random); equipped with shakers up to 100 kN and climatic chambers (–50 °C to +200 °C) for modal and endurance analysis
