The DI Gasoline Injector, part of the XL5 product line, offers 350bar working pressure. One of the last generation of injectors suitable for 500 bar working pressure, it also features an optimised spray nozzle design, ensuring excellent performance, durability, and reliability.

We offer gasoline fuel rail assembly for PFI and DI applications. With design and validation capabilities in-house, we have complete value chain control and can custom design fuel rails to the engine environment.
Aftertreatment Dosing Unit

Our reductant dosing unit (AdBlue injector) can be air cooled or liquid cooled. It comes in three varieties to fit light, medium, or heavy-duty applications. Our dosing units provide a specific urea injector custom built to the project and the option of wiring harness features.
Our diesel dosing unit (HC injector) is a component for diesel particulate filter regeneration. We offer design and layout flexibility to meet your vehicle’s requirements. The outward-opening spray nozzle is designed for high exhaust gas temperatures and part to part/shot to shot enhanced performance.
