Our world-class facilities feature:

• 19 Dynamic Test Cells: Equipped with High Voltage, Battery Simulator and Electrical Systems, Barometric and Climatic control, Emission Benches, NVH testing and labs ancillaries’ devices to replicate real-world operating conditions.
• Chassis Dyno: Supporting engine calibration, ECU development, benchmarking, and emission testing.
• Metrology Labs: Controlled environments for precision measurement and mechanical part verification.
• Component Testing Areas: Specialized labs for airflow, hydraulic, and chemical analysis of components such as ducts, valves, turbos, fuel pumps, injectors, and various materials.

Our testing infrastructure covers all main domains — hydraulic, electric, mechanical, and environmental — enabling full validation of components and systems under real operating conditions.

• Functional Lab:
  Hydraulic (GDI, MPI, Ex. AT): Flow, spray, leak, and special tests
  Electric (Inverter, Motor, SW): Efficiency, torque, thermal behavior, and special tests
• Endurance Lab:
  Hydraulic (GDI, MPI, Ex. AT): Durability runs using final application fluids
  Electric (Inverter, Motor, SW): L-01 Start/Stop, L-02 HTOE, L-03 LTT, and special tests
• Environmental Lab: Hydraulic and electric testing under controlled temperature, humidity, shock, and chemical exposure conditions
• Structural Robustness Lab: Verification of mechanical strength, process robustness, and comparative benchmarking of design solutions
• Vibration Lab: Simulation of vibration and shock profiles for hydraulic and electric systems under controlled climatic conditions

Each laboratory performs specific testing activities to ensure component reliability, efficiency, and durability across a wide range of operating conditions:

• Functional Test Lab: Evaluation of injector flow, leak, and spray versus temperature, ton and frequency variations; system-level testing with full application setup (pump, fuel system, ECU, and functions)

• Endurance & Reliability Lab: Accelerated lifetime simulations for injectors and electric drives under real application conditions, including Start/Stop, endurance, and high-temperature operation tests

• Environmental Lab: Stress testing through temperature, humidity, shock, and salt spray exposure; supports hydraulics, power electronics, and electric drives up to 1000 V with fast thermal transients (+18 °C/min, –14 °C/min)

• Structural Robustness Lab: Validation of mechanical integrity and production robustness; comparative assessment of hydraulic and electrified components against benchmarks

• Vibration Lab: Lifetime vibration and shock testing (sine, random, sine-on-random); equipped with shakers up to 100 kN and climatic chambers (–50 °C to +200 °C) for modal and endurance analysis
