Riccione, Italy. RA Consulting, a leading German provider of automotive diagnostic software, and Dumarey Group, a family-owned company and leader in the development and production of propulsion systems for vehicles and industrial applications, have joined forces to collaborate on the development of On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) applications. The new partners presented their concept to the public for the first time at the annual Italian police conference, “Le Giornate di Polizia Locale e Sicurezza Urbana,” from September 17–19, 2026.
RA Consulting and Dumarey’s applications support public authorities in ensuring traffic safety, environmental protection, and sustainability. The mobile, end-to-end solution they are demonstrating is designed to optimize and streamline police roadside checks in real time through innovative analysis of OBD data.
The development of the concept is based on the long-standing experience of both companies. RA Consulting has successfully developed diagnostic software for the automotive sector for over 30 years, and Dumarey has over 40 years of experience in engine technology.
