Dumarey and ActBlue enter operational phase with new Urea Dosing System

Energineering your future

The collaboration launched in 2024 between Dumarey and ActBlue France is now entering a concrete operational phase with the availability of demo samples of the new Urea Dosing System (UDS) for medium and heavy duty applications.
Featured as an Innovation Spotlight, the UDS is a cost efficient, flexible and easy-to-integrate urea dosing solution, engineered to ensure precise Reductant Dosing and advanced Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) management.

The system consists of:
HD Reductant Delivery Units (RDUs), up to 2 per system, with customizable spray patterns tailored to customer specifications. The technology core – derived from the light duty version with over 40 million units already in the field — has been optimized to meet the more stringent requirements of HD applications both on-road and off-road.
Urea Supply Module developed by ActBlue France, which integrates Dumarey’s proprietary software, eliminating the need for external control units and significantly simplifying system integration.
The UDS can operate as a Dosing Control Module — controlling urea Pump and RDUs— but also as an SCR Dosing Control Module, handling SCR dosing calculations as well. In addition, it can sense the Urea tank and controlling coolant valves and line heaters, ensuring maximum flexibility even in complex SCR layouts.

Demo samples with production intent configuration, after intensive internal testing, are now available for customer, marking a key milestone in the Dumarey–ActBlue collaboration and reinforcing their joint commitment to advanced solutions for the heavy-duty sector.
