Hydrogen Engine
Hydrogen V8 6.6L – Port Fuel Injection Engine
Delivering up to 250 kW at 3000 rpm and 850 Nm at 2000–2500 rpm, this zero-carbon powertrain solution enables efficient reuse of existing engine footprints for a seamless transition to hydrogen-based mobility.
Electronic Platform
The Electronic Platform (EP) is an Engine Control Unit designed to provide adaptable and tailored solutions for developing new propulsion and energy technologies. Its modular architecture offers the flexibility required during platform development, allowing for efficient integration and adaptation as project requirements evolve. Built to the rigorous AUTOSAR standard, it ensures a foundation of high-quality, reliable performance.
Fuel Cell Control Unit (FCCU)
Designed for next-generation mobility, the FCCU is a high-integrity control solution for transportation and energy applications. Built to ISO 26262 and AUTOSAR standards, it features an EVITA-compliant Hardware Safety Module and supports rapid prototyping via an Open Platform Toolkit in Simulink. This ensures safety, adaptability, and comprehensive fault detection for innovative systems.
Vehicle Control Unit (VCU)
A versatile control unit for traditional, hybrid, and electrified powertrains. Developed to ISO 26262 and AUTOSAR standards, the VCU supervises vehicle subsystems and manages complex communication networks. Its open-platform architecture allows full customization, giving customers the freedom to integrate their own application software.
Injectors
At the Expo, Dumarey will present two examples of its Advanced Gasoline Injection Systems, renowned for their reliability, enhanced fuel efficiency, and significant reduction of harmful emissions: the Deka 7 injector from our low-pressure Deka family and the latest high-pressure XL5 injector.
Together with our fuel rails and after-treatment solutions, including the RDU and DDU, these products embody our commitment to innovation and sustainability in automotive engineering.
