The initiative, dedicated to employees at the Italian site of the Group, starts on July 6: financial incentives, car pooling and digital mobility tracking to reduce emissions and promote greener commuting.

Modena/Turin, 7 July 2026 – Technological innovation and sustainability also depend on everyday choices. This belief inspired Sustain Miles, the new program developed by Dumarey in partnership with Wecity, officially launching on Monday, July 6, with the goal of encouraging low‑environmental‑impact commuting between home and work.

An independent international group specializing in the development, integration and production of advanced propulsion systems and mobility technologies, Dumarey is further strengthening its commitment to a sustainable transition that involves not only the products and technologies it develops, but also the daily habits of its people.

Through the Wecity app, participating employees will be able to track their home‑to‑work journeys made on foot, by bicycle, scooter, public transport or through car pooling with colleagues. Every validated sustainable kilometer will earn a financial incentive of EUR 0.20, up to a maximum of EUR 25 per month, provided through the corporate welfare platform in the form of CADHOC vouchers.

Particular attention is dedicated to car pooling. In addition to helping reduce emissions and traffic, it will allow participants to access dedicated parking spaces at the company site. After an initial launch period, parking spaces will be assigned monthly based on the number of shared kilometers traveled.

The initiative will run until September 30, 2026, with the possibility of being extended, while CADHOC vouchers may be used until December 31, 2026.

“Every journey toward more sustainable mobility begins with people’s everyday choices,” said Paolo Ferri, CEO of Wecity. “With Sustain Miles, we are providing Dumarey with a platform that transforms these behaviors into tangible and measurable results, rewarding those who choose low‑emission means of transport and helping the company monitor its environmental impact. Home‑to‑work mobility is one of the areas where companies can generate real change, benefiting people, communities and the organization itself.”

With approximately 2,500 employees, locations across Europe, the Americas and Asia, and annual revenue of around EUR 750 million, the Dumarey Group develops propulsion systems, transmissions, control technologies, energy recovery systems and second‑life battery solutions, contributing to the evolution of mobility worldwide.

The Sustain Miles project represents another milestone in the company’s environmental responsibility journey, demonstrating how collaboration between industry and digital innovation can foster a more responsible mobility culture, turning every sustainable kilometer into a concrete benefit for both people and the environment.
