Dumarey supported the customer across the full development chain, starting with hardware propulsion system sizing and the definition of safety‑critical HW requirements. We translated customer needs into complete system and subsystem specifications, ensuring seamless integration of the hydrogen propulsion unit within the existing bus platform.
Development of hydrogen propulsion unit to fit in current bus platform.
Dumarey supported the customer across the full development chain, from propulsion system sizing and safety critical hardware requirements to complete system and subsystem specifications for seamless hydrogen driveline integration. We coordinated the entire project and supplier network, managed procurement, and defined all hydrogen related requirements for the Vehicle Controller System, refining the software architecture through a detailed gap analysis between the Hydrogen Control Unit and the Bus VCU.
To ensure real world performance, carried out base calibration, initial drivability and diagnostics, and supported vehicle testing directly at the customer site, delivering a fully validated hydrogen propulsion system.
